Romans 5:12, 19 , Colossians 3:11

One man, all sin; one man, all saved. Death through Adam, life through Christ. The very foundation of Christianity is based upon this revelation described by Paul. There are multiple cultures, multiple languages, but only one people. This is further reinforced by Jesus Himself when He proclaimed, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me.” John 3:6.

Part of understanding this truth is studying where the discovery of different fossils fit in the schema of science. Are they human, simian or in between?  As more information is discovered about these in between fossils, the preponderance of evidence suggests that they are nothing but variations of modern man or variations of apes. Interesting!

As you work through the material this week, dwell on the wonderful knowledge that we are all created as one people. Regardless of our personal physical variations, cultures, and upbringing, we all have the same Savior, Jesus Christ, the Lord of creation. If you do not know Jesus as Savior, what a wonderful way it would be to end this course by personally accepting Him as your Savior and Lord.
