Read Psalm 1 and Psalm 15

The Book of Psalms has 150 songs, hymns, and recitations. Some of these contain references to work and behavior, which are components of team building and management. Consider Psalm 1 or 15 and their insights on working with others.  Although team and teamwork are not specifically mentioned, there are many applications from these verses.  Team members should not take counsel from the ungodly (Psalm 1). They should be of good character. They should be upright, speak truth, and not act with malice or evil (Psalm 15).

These are universal ideas that apply to all situations.  Teams have changed dynamically in a global world and there are implications of this change on team dynamics due to increasing cultural differences as a result of virtual and remote teams.  A way to overcome barriers in managing multicultural teams is to apply biblical truths about working with others.

Taking Psalm 1 or Psalm 15, share what you have learned so far in the course that applies. Even with challenges, how might godly counsel and good character contribute to positive outcomes in team dynamics?  Do you have a personal example where you have made biblical application of these ideas in your workplace.
