- Make a list of websites you have used in the past to find a job. Have you been hired for a job because of any of these websites? What made the experience good or bad for you as a job seeker?
- Prepare to discuss how recruiters use (or should use) online sources. Ensure the following points are addressed:
- Are there specific tools that a recruiter must have access to?
- Does a company need an Applicant Tracking System, and why or why not?
- What technology changes do you see coming in the future that will make connecting job seekers with employers easier?
