- What advantage does a hiring manager that uses a recruiter have over a hiring manager that does his own recruiting? If a recruiter spends ten hours a week for three weeks and helps to hire 3 new employees for a hiring manager, how can you quantify the value?
- List 1-2 personal experiences you have had with recruiters, or if you haven’t, discuss experiences of which you may be aware.
- Have you had any poor experiences with recruiters? If so, discuss those experiences. What impact did your experience have on your views of the company?
