The human services professional can choose several routes as a profession.
However, the mindset should be one of passion and a steadfast posture. We must look at our profession as a form of ministry because that, in a sense, is what it is.
It may take some time to choose your path, but that is all right if purpose drives your choice. According to 1 Corinthians 15:58, your labor will not be in vain.
