Isaiah 50:4 , Matthew 11:28-30
Verbal Behavior (VB) is a method of teaching language that focuses on the idea that the meaning of words is found in their functions. For instance, instead of just teaching a word, we must teach them how to functionally apply those words.
These scriptures are fitting for understanding VB. They are not just words that need to be learned, but they are words that need to be applied to understand the language from the author. For instance, if a person burdened down in life just reads about someone giving them “rest,” but never follows through with the prescribed application, the results will be ineffective.
