Matthew 13:46 ESV

1 Timothy 4:8

Hebrews 13:5 ESV

Michael Porter (b. 1947) is known for his theories on economics and business strategies.  In his ground-breaking work in 1985, he provided his theory about organizations and the concept of value chain. It included the full range of activities, including design, production, marketing, and distribution of the services or goods that an organization produces. The key component of the value chain is the improvement analysis of elimination of all activities that do not add value.

Have you taken the time to look at God’s value chain? What activities do not add value to achieving God’s purpose? The Bible has a lot to say about value.

Are there areas of your life that the value chain analysis model could improve your service to Him?
