Dear Father,
As we sit before the keys of this piano, we recognize the beauty and power of music as a gift from You. We come before You with grateful hearts for the ability to express ourselves through the intricate dance of notes and melodies.
Lord, Your Word encourages us to commit our ways to You and trust that You will act. Today, we bring before You our aspirations and goals in playing the piano. We understand that in setting these goals, we align our desires with Your purpose for our lives.
Grant us the wisdom to set goals that challenge us to grow, that inspire us to reach higher, and that reflect the unique melodies You have placed within our hearts. Help us to discern the difference between the goals we set for ourselves and the goals that You have set for us.
In our practice sessions, may we find discipline and dedication. In the face of challenges, may we discover resilience and determination. And in moments of success, may gratitude and humility fill our hearts.
As we set our fingers upon these keys, may each played note be a prayer, a declaration of the goals we have set before You. May the music we create be a testimony to Your grace and the talents You have entrusted to us.
Lord, as we journey towards our musical aspirations, guide us. In the pursuit of excellence, may we never lose sight of the joy that music brings, the joy that comes from being in harmony with Your purpose for our lives.
In Your hands, Lord, we commit our goals, our practice sessions, and our musical journey. May every song played be an offering of praise to You.
We ascribe to You all glory, honor, and power. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
After careful consideration, please answer the following questions.
