God has created you for a very special purpose. Do you know what it is? It doesn’t matter! He does. Ever think you are not worthy of His call? It doesn’t matter! He knows what He is doing. You have a special purpose in life. It is likely why you are in this program. You want to be better prepared for what God is calling you to do.
On those days when you doubt being worthy of God’s call, remember this: God doesn’t require a job interview for salvation. He’s our Heavenly Father. He doesn’t look at financial gain or loss. He’s not prejudiced or partial, not judging, grudging, sassy, or brassy, not deaf to our cry, not blind to our need. He knows who we are and what we are and loves us in spite of ourselves.
Sure, there are lots of reasons why God shouldn’t call us. But if we are in love with Him, if we hunger for Him, He’ll use us in spite of who we are, where we’ve been, what we have done, or the fact that we are not perfect!
God has a special plan for you. Keep working hard to prepare yourself for that special purpose. We are halfway through this course. In no time, you will have this course finished and be on to your next one. Stay focused, stay in His Word, and you will make it!
