Habakkuk 2:2 , Proverbs 29:18

In the physical realm, we rely upon our vision to see where we are and where we are going.  At times, we even turn around to see where we have been.  We depend upon our physical eyesight in order to function throughout the day.  Without it, we are severely handicapped.

It is no different in ministry. Without a vision, it is very difficult to track where we have been, and nearly impossible to see where we are going.  The Scriptures admonish those in leadership to not only get a vision, but to write it down so that others can know what that vision is.  As leaders, we are not just equipped to do the work, but we are to be equipping those around us.

As you take additional steps in this ministry journey, ask God to give you a vision for the future and then determine to make that vision clear, so that others around you who are involved in that ministry can be the ones to assist in bringing that vision to reality.
