Exodus 35:31-32 and Exodus 36:1

Moses was in tune with God and knew He wanted a sanctuary. To build it would require men who were in tune with God and had the required skills, intellectually and technically.

Moses chose Bezalel and Oholiab as they were both able in terms of crafting and intellectual skills. God had a vision for His sanctuary and therefore it was thought out in a strategic manner. The vision for His sanctuary began with goals and objectives.

Like God, we must also develop a plan and strategize with clear goals as we envision how our organizational strategies must be developed. We cannot take things for granted, as we will fail if we do not plan this out correctly. We must place quality people in the right positions the way Moses placed Bezalel and Oholiab for the building of God’s sanctuary. Through strategic goals, we can keep our organization on the right track for success today as well as in the future.

Within our personal lives, we must also keep in tune with God and envision His plans for us. We must have daily devotions and build a sanctuary on the solid foundation of God’s love, knowledge, and vision.
