In the Bible, Apostle Paul encouraged his followers to “not be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” Transformational leaders must first be transformed. Personal transformation begins by renewing or transforming the mind, which is not a one-time event but instead an ongoing process of worship and renewal in life.
A leader must recognize that the process of development and improvement is a continuous journey and not a single event in time. This requires a recognition that no person is perfect and that there always room for growth.
