There are many leaders in the Bible we have learned from during the 15 months of this program. None of them, except Jesus, were perfect. All had faults that often taught more about God and about leaders. But God used them all for His purposes. Believe or not, He has plans to use you too!
Consider the following points in preparation to share in devotionals.
- Pick one biblical character and discuss the leadership characteristics they had OR what could be learned about leadership from them.
- Make a personal application to your life.
