Peter tells us to use the gifts God has given us to serve others. If you have been given the gift of leadership, use it as God intended. Being an effective leader means caring about the people you lead. Christ has called us to serve one another, as good managers of the grace of God in various forms. Spend time this week thinking about your leadership skills especially in the team environment, and how you focus on people in your pursuits. Always lead with Christ as the head and with grace in your heart!
