Jesus gave the world the most important succession plan ever created in Matthew 28:19-20. As you evaluate how to design a succession plan this week, reflect on how Jesus set up a strategy for his mission to be accomplished in his physical absence. It could be argued that He was a very successful leader since His followers have grown to such numbers:

As a human resources leader, you also will have the chance to influence the coming years at your company by hiring and retaining the right people.
