Read Proverbs 16:3
There is intelligence and planning behind every great system. God has given us an example of this in creation. While we are not told in the Bible the process God went through in order to plan creation, we do know He had a plan because of creation’s complexity and beauty. Complex systems and the components they are made of, don’t just fall into place. Let’s take the building of a house. A home is not constructed simply because the lumber company delivered a pile of lumber. In fact, that lumber company can’t even accomplish the delivery without someone having planned the home and determined what lengths and quantities of materials were needed.
Now if something as simple as a house cannot be created without intelligence and planning involved, then it becomes clear that this world did not just happen to come into existence in all of its complexity and beauty (Isaiah 40:25-26). The same can be applied to the creation of an IT system planning and the application of intelligence must be a part of the formula.
