Ministry can be very draining. Youth ministry can especially be draining as you consider all the activities and events that happen within youth ministry. There are also times of ministry in difficult situations. It is easy to allow yourself to become overwhelmed with all the different aspects of ministry.
Here is where Jesus provides a visual description of the vine and the branches to describe how we can be strengthened. Jesus says, “If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much; apart from me you can do nothing” (Luke 15:5b, NIV). Are you abiding in the Lord? Are you allowing Him to bear fruit in your life?
