Throughout the Bible, we are reminded that Jesus had a clear vision and he was a master in sharing this vision with His disciples. A leader must possess a clear vision and can communicate this vision to others. This vision enables people to have a picture of the future, a sense of purpose and direction. It is a powerful tool that motivates and helps people to understand the steps required to move towards the desired destination.
