As leaders, we have an obligation to accept accountability and challenges from those around us. We may not always agree or even appreciate those who present an alternate view, but it is in these moments we can examine our actions and intentions through the eyes of other capable leaders.

As we lead, we must examine our intentions and willingness to listen. We must be willing to admit we are not always right and may need to alter the path we have taken.
