God has given all of us gifts so we can best serve the body. They are not to be used selfishly but for His glory and for the benefit of others. It is important to create a ministry team with a variety of gifts. You need to know your gifts and to be on the lookout for others gifted differently from you. Since your volunteers will have different gifts, it is important to know what they are and have them serve in the area of giftedness (strength).
