The Psalms are filled with declarations to worship our Almighty God and to come under his Lordship. Then we will have health and confidence and joy.
As servant leaders, we lead with confidence and submit daily to our Lord. In healthcare we make it a practice to bring joy and healing to others as we vow to do what’s right.
At the time you take this course, you may have already been in the healthcare Administration field, have worked in healthcare in some other role, or you are preparing for the admin field. Draw on your history and experience to answer the following:
- Reflect on the Bible passage for this week.
- Describe a time when you demonstrated confidence in something you did. What was the outcome?
- When did you disagree on something stated by an authority figure, but you went out on faith to confidently but respectfully give your own opinion?
