Many embark on occupations or trades with little knowledge, and at times with a narcissistic point of view. Narcissists generally leave God out, because they usually think they are God. They refuse instruction and wisdom from those whom God places in their path; elders who have paved the way before them. The wisdom that comes from heaven is not at all narcissistic, but according to James 3:17, is all pure, then peace loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
In the role of a human services professional, there are various duties and functions; however, it is in our best interest to have a quality relationship with not only God, but also the people that God places in our path to guide us.
